Cart noodles are a typical local food in Hong Kong. Why are they called cart noodles? The reason is that they used to be sold by mobile hawkers in a cart. Cart noodles are distinctive because one bowl of noodles contains a lot of ingredients, such as beef, fish balls, dried bean curd, Wonton and pig's skin, etc. It is up to you to choose the number and quantity of ingredients to be mixed into your bowl of noodles.
