Comments: The rice skin roll was originally a street snack in Guangzhou. It
is said that it was introduced into the Chinese restaurant during the war against
Japan. The white wrappers are thin, translucent and delicate. There are many
different types of fillings, for example, shrimp, minced beef and BBQ pork.
As the taste of rice skin roll is quite weak, we eat it with soy sauce, sweet
sauce or spicy sauce.
