Comments: Mock shark's fin soup was originated in Temple Street. During 40-50's,
when Hong Kong's was at depression, people could not afford sumptuous shark's
fin soup. They then created a more economic version of the soup. Even though
there is no expensive shark's fin, which is replaced by bean thread, the soup
still tastes good. The unique gelatinous texture can be remained.
