Comments: The pudding is steamed in a bowl and then sold by venders pushing
their carts. There are two main types: one is white whereas the other is red.
They are different because different kinds of sugar is used. The flour is
sieved to form batter. It is time-consuming, but it can make the pudding tendered.
When cooked with sugar, tiny red beans takes on a delicious flavour. You can
take the pudding out of bowls with bamboo skewers. The pudding is one of our
favourite desserts.
