Comments: In the past, after dinner in the teahouse, there were many ingredients
left. As the cooks did not want to waste them, they used these as fillings and
put them into glutinous rice. Then the food could be sold as dim sum next morning.
This dim sum is like a rice dumpling eaten at the Dragon Boat Festival but it
is smaller and easier to make. However, it is equally delicious. The food is
rich because the ingredients - pork, mushrooms, chicken - infuse the sticky
rice with incredible flavour. The lotus leaves produce fragrance too.
