Comments: "Wonton" is a prawn-filled version of the traditional Pekingese dumpling. Hong Kong-style wonton is marvelous because of the freshest prawns. The accompanying noodles must be rich in egg fragrance. The hallmark of the wonton noodle in fact is the soup stock because it must be tangy and clear enough to highlight the taste and colour of the wonton and the noodles.
