From doing this project,
I have learnt that team work is very important if we want to
get a good result. Each of us should work together in order
to finish a project. Luckily, all our team members worked whole-heartedly.
As soon as we knew we had to do the project, we started early
to collect materials. I am responsible for doing interview.
At first, I was quite nervous about asking people (strangers)
questions. Now, I know some questioning skills. I am happy that
I have learnt much knowledge which cannot be found in textbooks.

After completing
this project, I have learnt many things about the marriage culture
in Hong Kong. Before, I thought that it was very simple to get
married. But in fact, there are many customs to observe, both
Chinese and western. I am happy that I have a chance to work
with other classmates to do such an interesting project although
it is sometimes very tiring.

I have learnt many things from this website
competition. Co-operation is much-needed when doing a project.
In order to learn more about our topic-marriage, I borrow
books from the library and read them. As a result, I have
a deeper understanding about the Chinese marriage history.
Now, the marital customs have been simplified. As we are not
very familiar with the topic, we spent much time to organize
the materials.
I think this competition is a very good experience to me.

| After I have completed
this website, I know many things about marital customs. Though
I have heard of "Three letters and six etiquette",
I have no idea of what they are. When I did the project, I once
had an argument with another team member. But later, we calmed
down and talked to each other. Finally, the problem was solved.
And we could work together again. I enjoyed doing this project. |

This project is about Chinese
marriage. Actually when we brainstormed the topic, we have thought
of other topics, like feng-shui and Chinese paintings. But we
finally chose marital customs because we found it interesting
and it showed the Chinese culture very well.
We had to spend a lot of time doing this project. At first,
I was not very willing to come back school to do it during the
holidays. But, after we started, we were more and more interested
in it and we became dedicated to do it.
We went to the public libraries to search information. Some
terms sound strange to me, for example "group marriage".
Now, I know more about marriage and its customs.
We had lots of fun in the process. I can say that this project
is an unforgettable experience! |

I feel so honored
to join this website competition. Before doing this project,
I thought marriage ceremony was simple. But later I know that
I am wrong. It is very complicated.
After we have decided the topic, we are very worried about the
amount of content. We went to the library, surfed the Internet
and visited cake shop to search materials.
I am very glad I can participate in this project. I also thank
teachers for giving me this opportunity. I will recommend this
website competition to my classmates. I hope that they can also
have a chance to do it.
